The Profile London Office

Profile Management & Specialist Recruitment was founded in 1978 in response to a growing number of recruitment enquiries from industry colleagues. Our first office was set up in London although our business was not restricted to the UK. London now handles an almost equal mix of UK and overseas assignments and our clients range from the world's most renowned independent hotels to the majority of top global hotel brands.

The London office consists of a team of consultants and administrative staff, each with his or her area of expertise. Culturally we have a very hands-on and highly interactive way of working and one of our Directors will always be involved in each recruitment assignment. All members of the consultancy team benefit from proven track records of success in their careers within the hospitality industry, which is invaluable when understanding and empathising with the needs of our clients and candidates.

Latest developments in web-based computer systems enable the London Team to work "real-time" with their colleagues in Paris and New York or remotely from literally all around the world.
